I LED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NET NEW WINBACK AUTOMATIONS AND CAMPAIGN SEGMENTS. THESE TOUCHPOINTS would also align WITH THE OFFERS & STRATEGY IN THE ONSITE CANCELLATION FLOW—CREATING AN OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD A MORE COHESIVE, CONVERSION-DRIVEN WINBACK EXPERIENCE.
